Your mortgage in Spain step by step

  • Complete the application form and we will contact you by email or phone to deal with your request
  • We need you to share with us some basic information and documentation to make a first assessment of the viability of your mortgage. Please check the specifications for each country.
  • Our experts will review your documentation and offer you the mortgage that best suits your needs.
  • A certified surveyor will visit and valuate the property. Once the valuation is correct, we will be able to make a formal offer.
  • With the notary as a witness, you will sign the mortgage deed and the purchase deed.
